Cancellation Policy
1. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time, with a refund issued. 2. Refunds are subjected to a 15% transaction fee. 3. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. 4. A 50% penalty applies for cancellations within 12 hours, and a 30% penalty applies within 24 hours. 5. Rescheduling requires payment of the penalty or a refund minus transaction fees can be issued.
